Dear Greenvale Parents,

Thank you for your continued support.  Every effort has been made to keep this an affordable program while still offering a very high level of instruction.

In an effort to streamline the process, procedures and policies continually change. Please make sure to read ALL pages of the brochure carefully (changes are highlighted).  This is particularly important for those who have not participated in this program before, as it will answer many of your questions.

Please remember to read the club descriptions as some classes will run from 3:00-4:00pm in order to alleviate the congestion at pick-up.  As always, a wide variety of programs are being offered this session.

Important notes:
             * Disclosure Policy & Pick-up Procedure.  IMPORTANT, please read
             * Dates to know: Registration deadline February 17th, Confirmations sent via
email by March 2nd, Clubs begin March 8th.
             * In an effort to save you from writing numerous checks the payment
procedure has changed (please read carefully)
             * Pick-up times are 3:45 & 4:00pm. On the third lateness the child will no
longer be allowed to participate in the program.  No exceptions.
             * If you do not have access to a computer or printer please let me, not the
office, know and I will send a hard copy home with your child.
             * Clubs will not be held on half days, holidays or snow days.
             * In the event of a cancellation you will be notified via note, phone or e-mail in
order to make the appropriate plans for your child.
             * In an emergency, when clubs are in session, please contact the school office
                at (914) 793-6130 extension 5302.
             * Make-up days will be scheduled as needed.

Additionally, every effort is made to avoid oversubscription. Some, potentially popular classes have been booked more than 1X per week or have the ability to increase the number of teachers should response warrant it.

Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.  If you have any questions please contact me via phone or e-mail at anytime.  I have had a great time running this program and I hope your children have enjoyed it!!
